ABOUT US

What started as as science experiment with our kids on making homemade maple syrup quickly escalated into a full scale maple operation. We love to do things the old fashioned way so we boil our maple syrup with a wood fired evaporator now as opposed to the turkey fryers we started with. We think the flavor is unparalleled!

 

We also have an apiary on site that we harvest honey from.

 

There's a debate in our family of what's best - maple syrup or honey. If you have a preference let us know and help us settle this!

We also offer tea blends, farm fresh eggs, and other miscellaneous items.
